Welcome to HS Fashion Craft(Best Fabric Print). By contacting us to place an order and making a payment, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Placement
- All orders are placed via email at [info@bestfabricprint.com / bestfabricprint@gmail.com].
- Orders will be confirmed only after our team reviews the request and sends a confirmation email.
- Please include product details, fabric type, quantity, and any customization requirements in your email.
2. Payment
- Payments are accepted through:
- PayPal
- CCAvenue (Credit/Debit cards, net banking, UPI)
- Payment must be completed before production or dispatch.
- Once payment is received, an official invoice will be emailed to you.
3. Order Confirmation & Production
- After payment, we confirm the order and start processing.
- Any changes to the order must be communicated within 24 hours of confirmation.
- Custom printed fabrics or made-to-order items cannot be canceled or returned once production begins.
4. Delivery / Dispatch
- Fabric orders are shipped via courier once ready.
- Estimated delivery time will be shared in the confirmation email.
- We are not liable for courier delays due to logistics, customs, or external factors.
🔄 Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
We strive for your satisfaction. Please review our updated return policy for email-based orders.
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders may be canceled before production starts.
- Contact us immediately via email if you wish to cancel.
- Once production begins, cancellations are not possible, especially for custom printed or cut fabrics.
2. Return / Exchange Eligibility
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is:
- Damaged or defective upon delivery
- Not as described in the confirmation email
Conditions:
- Report the issue within 14 days of delivery
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Include photos and order details in your return request email
3. Exclusions
- Custom printed fabrics
- Cut or stitched fabrics
- Personalized orders
These items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.
4. Return Process
- Email our support team with order number + photos of the issue
- We will verify the issue and approve the return
- Return the product using a secure courier
- Once received and inspected, we will either:
- Replace the item
- Issue a refund via original payment method (PayPal/CCAvenue)
5. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed after verification of returned products.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method used for the order.
- Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless faulty.
6. Shipping Charges
- Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
- Replacement shipping may be covered by us if the return is approved.
